It sounds to me like Big D and his family may have gotten a settlement from BMW in return for agreeing not to discuss the lack of airbag deployment or settlement with anyone. [wave]

Oh, speaking of airbags, here's something funny. My fiancee visited me last week, and I was talking with her about cars or something and in conversation I mentioned something about how neither of the cars I have owned have had airbags. She responded with "This car doesn't have airbags?!?!?!?!?" [hihi] She had thought all along that my '87 had airbags. All of a sudden she seemed to get less comfortable in the car. I got a kick out of that. [rofl]

That guy was FLYING. yo that's so funny when the Suburban ALMOST rolled over on top of him and then rolled back...what a LUCKY guy. You could say he's unlucky for crashing in the first place, but at 100mph on a busy highway, he was just begging for that to happen. This guy must have been so desparate.

Seeing that he did die in the hospital, i'd agree that he must have been despirate.

Justin, you are right on regarding setlements, and thanks for the positive comments regarding my daughter. She is doing extremely well for someone who almost died three years ago.

Get a one gallon freezer bag and fill it with air. Place it on the dash and when she asks you what that is tell her it is your airbag...tee hee
